Ballard Durand Funeral and Cremation Services in White Plains, N.Y., is getting noticed for offering an unusual service to grieving families. Lulu the therapy dog, a Goldendoodle, is available to provide emotional support to those who request her services. The funeral home reports that 90 percent of families do.
