February is American Heart Month, a time to focus on preventing the number one killer of both men and women each year: heart disease. It's also a good reminder to review your risk for heart disease, stroke and heart attack.

This American Heart Association video starring Elizabeth Banks has become a classic, partly because it manages to be funny while it gets across an important message.
