Faye DeCaro is newly retired from a 40-year career in nursing, during which she held many clinical and progressive management positions. She received a BSN from the University of Bridgeport and an MA from Teachers College, Columbia. Having written for many nursing management magazines, she is turning her attention to other forms of writing and currently taking classes and workshops.
