Henry Cisneros is chairman of the executive committee at Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. and chairman of CityView, where he devotes his efforts to improving the urban environment through CityView’s investment funds. He is the former Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and was a four-term Mayor of San Antonio. He is a graduate of Texas A&M, with a Masters from the Kennedy School at Harvard and a PhD from George Washington University.
