Jaia Peterson Lent is a leading advocate for “grandfamilies” — families headed by grandparents or other extended relatives. Among her many accomplishments: testifying before Congress about the impact of the opioid epidemic on grandfamilies and coordinating national “GrandRallies”that bring grandparents and their families to Capitol Hill.
