She is the former Vice President of the Economic and Social Research Institute ad served as Senior Research Associate of the American Enterprise Institute. Holding a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics, Gibson has been a consultant to the Medical College of Virginia and the Virginia State Legislature’s Commission on Health Care.
