Simple Stretches to Do at Your Desk
Here are some simple exercises to keep your limbs loose
To stretch your arms and upper back, try “Touch the Sky.” Reach your arms up to the sky and as far back as you can safely go.
For a good stretch along the side of your body, stand and tilt sideways, maintaining a strong core.
To stretch your hard-working fingers, stand and extend both arms. Peel back your fingers using the opposite hand.
To give your neck a break, lean forward while seated and roll your neck from side to side.
