Kirsten Steen was born and raised mostly in Oregon but often traveled and still loves traveling, most often spending time between the Pacific NW, Paris, and Greece. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at the University of Oregon, and her work has been published in Gemini Magazine, Cascadia Rising Review, and Medium.
