Lori Erickson earned a B.A. in English from Luther College and an M.A. in English from the University of Iowa. She’s the mother of two adult sons and lives in Iowa City with her husband, Bob Sessions, who is often her photographer on assignments. She has published extensively in national and regional publications, including National Geographic Traveler, Woman’s Day, Family Circle, Better Homes & Gardens and House Beautiful.
