Rabbi Laura Geller is Rabbi Emerita of Temple Emanuel in Beverly Hills, Calif., a founder of ChaiVillageLA and co-author of the forthcoming book, Getting Good at Getting Older. She was the third woman in the Reform Movement to become a rabbi and among the first to be selected to lead a major metropolitan synagogue. She has been named one of Newsweek’s 50 Most Influential Rabbis in America twice.
